NH OFFERS COVID BIVALENT VACCINE FOR AGES 6 MONTHS AND OLDER, TEENS AND ADULTS.

Walk-ins welcomed - Vaccines are available at both locations as follows:

  • Plainfield annex building every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

  • Covid testing offered in Plainfield across the street on Rock Ave., every Monday and Wednesday from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

  • Elizabeth location offers vaccines and testing every Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

COVID vaccines can be requested during your scheduled appointments throughout the week.

Neighborhood Health Services Corporation is governed by a Board of Directors tasked with setting policy, ensuring the financial health of the organization and providing oversight. Our board is comprised of a mix of community minded men and women from various professional backgrounds. FQHCs are required to have 51% of it's board comprised of active health center patients.
