Join your community on the parade route of East Front Street (between Netherwood Avenue and Park Avenue).

AVAILABLE EVERY MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY - Walk-ins welcomed
from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Bivalent vaccines are offered in the Annex building, Plainfield

COVID testing also available every Monday and Wednesday
from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM across the street on Rock Avenue in the module pods
